PRESSURE DIE CASTING DIVISION ::

The company had recently installed BRAND NEW 120T, 180T and 260T Pressure Die Castings machines, all three machines have began commercial Production.  At present there is 80% spare capacity available for HPDC castings. Shot Blasting facility is also available. 
INSTALLED FACILITIES:

1. 120T COLD CHAMBER High pressure Die Casting Machine with MITSUBISHI  PLC, 120 Tonnes Locking Force, Max Shot Capacity 1.2 kg, Tie Bar Dia 80mmm, Distance between tie bars 400x400, Die Opening Stroke 350mm. Ejector Stroke 85 mm

2. 180T COLD CHAMBER High pressure Die Casting Machine with MITSUBISHI  PLC, 180 Tonnes Locking Force, Max Shot Capacity 2.4 kg Tie Bar Dia 80mmm, Distance between tie bars 450x480, Die Opening Stroke 350mm. Ejector Stroke 85 mm

3. 260T COLD CHAMBER High pressure Die Casting Machine with MITSUBISHI  PLC, 260 Tonnes Locking Force, Max Shot Capacity 3.2 kg Tie Bar Dia 100mm, Distance between tie bars 520X520 Die Opening Stroke 400mm Ejector Stroke 100 mm.

4. Tumble Blast Type Shot Blasting Machine: Barrel Diameter 700 mm, Length 700 mm. with supporting fettling machines
